How to Listen
A transformative skill based workshop for organizations
Human beings and the world we live in are evolving at a rapid pace. To create a future we wish to see we must stop replaying the answers that worked yesterday, last year, or last decade, and begin listening deeply to what wants to emerge now.
Leaders charged with creating the future must learn an innate skill anew - to lead through deep listening: to themselves, to people, to context, and to what is emerging beneath the surface that wants to take form. We have the power to create new realities by opening to the emerging ideas and possibilities that want to take shape within every individual, relationship, team, and organization.

There is a deeper intelligence available in every conversation when we activate a broader listening. In this workshop leaders will learn how to create the conditions for people to hear themselves more clearly, think more deeply, and reconnect with their own inner knowing. In doing so, they unlock new possibilities, foster authentic engagement, and invite the future to emerge rather than forcing solutions from the past.
In this experience leaders will learn
-
The mindset required to listen deeply and shape generative outcomes.
-
How to shift from “having answers” to “holding inquiry” in leadership
-
Skill based techniques for deeper listening (people, context, emergence)
-
How to ask higher-quality questions that create clarity in complex situations and unlock insight
-
How to create space for others to think, hear themselves, and self-generate solutions
