Emily Cardamon
My life continues to rally around one question. What becomes possible when we stop reacting to the world as it is and begin listening for the future that's trying to emerge?
Professionally, that question has taken me from designing and scaling a global leadership coaching program inside a Fortune 500 company to mentoring the next generation of ICF coaches and partnering with organizations that believe leadership is less about authority and more about awareness.
Through inviting thousands of leaders into a deeper listening experience with themselves and others, it has been proven time and time again that the unlock to our inner, interpersonal and organizational challenges comes from developing the capacity to listen. This means developing an ability to hear beyond what’s being said or the circumstances of the moment, for the potential brewing beneath the surface. This skill set involves developing a competency to access presence, articulate clarity through ambiguity, and respond with better questions that create greater outcomes.
My work is skill based and experiential. It sit's at the intersection of leadership, coaching, and human consciousness. Whether I'm speaking on stage, mentoring coaches, or partnering with teams, my purpose is the same: helping people develop the inner capacity to lead what's next through intuitive listening. Within themselves and the world.
I live in the mountains of Frisco, Colorado and work with clients all over the world.
